Where to send payments and health forms

Payment is due two weeks before the start of camp:

Mail Checks Payable to "Maine Conference United Church of Christ" to:

Please write your camper's name in the memo

To Pay Online  with a credit card: access your existing account  (or set one up) and click the "custom payment" tab.  Your account balance will show.  Follow the directions.

 

HEALTH FORMS should be mailed two weeks before the start of camp with all necessary signatures to:
