Where to send payments and health forms

PAYMENT is due two weeks before the start of camp:

To Pay Online:  with a VISA/MasterCard Credit card: access your existing account  (or set one up) and click the "custom payment" tab.  Your account balance will show.  Follow the directions.

Mail Checks: Payable to "Maine Conference United Church of Christ" to:

Please write your camper's name in the memo

 

HEALTH FORMS should be mailed two weeks before the start of camp with all necessary signatures to:
