We are happy to announce that Pilgrim Lodge will be open for the day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from July 9 to August 22! Attendees will be able to swim and boat (lifeguards provided), walk the labyrinth, sit on the porch and read, sunbathe in a BURP, and just be in this place. Frequently asked questions:
How do I obtain a Day Pass? You must pre-register online. Registration begins June 21. Click here to register.
Will meals be served? No, food service will not be available so you will need to pack your own food.
What hours will you be open? Fridays 12 PM-8 PM, Saturdays 10 AM-6 PM, Sundays 10 AM-6 PM.
What is the cost: $15.00 per person, Children under 4 are free.
What ages can attend? This is a family event so all ages are welcome. Those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult chaperone and adults are responsible for the supervision of children brought with them. Children are not to be allowed to wander the camp without adult supervision.
What about cancellations due to inclement weather? By 8am each day, a decision would be made whether or not to be open that day based on weather. If the day is to be cancelled, all registrants will receive an email with a raincheck – an opportunity to move their registration to a future day.
What is your COVID policy? Pilgrim Lodge will adhere to the COVID guidelines from the CDC in place at the time of the Day Pass. Vaccines are strongly encouraged for attendees 12 and over. Attendees will be required to answer a COVID questionnaire and get their temperature taken at check-in. Attendees should bring masks and have them readily accessible as they may be required in indoor areas where attendees cannot maintain social distance, and there will be signage to designate these areas.
Is there a suggested packing list? In addition to your own food, here are some items you should pack:
Water shoes for feet in the shallow end
Bug spray for protection from mosquitoes and ticks
Life jacket
Lawn chairs for lakeside seating
Towels
Are brown tail moths a concern? We have had some brown tail moth caterpillars on site this spring, but we anticipate that the exposure risk should not be an issue by opening day of July 9.
