Pilgrim Lodge is available for rental from May to early June and from late August through October, while summer programming is not in session.  Large groups may rent the entire facility, smaller groups may rent just a single building.  Groups are responsible for providing or arranging their own foodservice.

Reservations may be made no more than 1 year in advance of the requested dates, with first preference given to the group which most recently held those dates.  Pilgrim Lodge may only rent to church, government, or other non-profit organizations, not to businesses or individuals.
